Warranty
All Luna Bathware products are backed by a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, abrasive cleaning products, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, contact our support team at support@lunabathware.com.au with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
Product Care & Maintenance
Clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Wipe dry after each use to prevent water spots and maintain the finish.
Avoid: abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, bleach, ammonia, or solvent-based products. These can damage the PVD finish or the natural oak veneer.
For tougher marks on the cabinet, use a slightly damp microfibre cloth followed by a dry one. Do not soak or pressure-wash any part of the unit.
For metal hardware (tapware, handles), occasional polishing with a dry microfibre cloth restores the lustre. Do not use metal polish on PVD-coated finishes.
