Installation process.

All products must be installed by a licensed tradesperson in accordance with relevant Australian standards. Unsuitable site conditions, improper installation or misuse of products will void product warranty.

Dimensions are nominal. It is strongly advised to receive the basin on site before commencing any rough-in work or cutting of the stone top. All dimensions are in millimetres — do not measure from drawing.

Each basin has been individually inspected prior to dispatch and is free from manufacturing faults and defects. Do not install this product if it is damaged. If the basin has been installed damaged, warranty will be void and Luna Bathware will not be responsible for the costs associated with repair or exchange.

Product care & maintenance.

Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents or materials. Doing so may affect the longevity of your product or void warranty.

Basins must be cleaned using only a soft cloth and a non-abrasive, pH-neutral cleaner to ensure longevity and preserve warranty coverage. Use of abrasive or chemical-based cleaning products can void product warranty.

Warranty conditions.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure upon inspection by an authorised representative, where the product is found to be defective due to a fault in the manufacture of the product only.

A valid proof of purchase is required to process all warranty claims. Product warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

To maintain the finish on your cabinet, use only a soft cloth and a weak solution of non-abrasive detergent. All cabinets should be installed at least 300mm away from showers or bathtubs to avoid water damage.
