What's the difference between PVD and electroplated finishes?

PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) bonds the colour finish into the metal at a molecular level, making it three to four times harder than standard electroplating and significantly more resistant to UV, cleaning agents and saltwater. Every Luna product is PVD-coated.

Are Luna products WaterMark and WELS certified?

Yes. Every tapware product we sell carries WaterMark certification and a WELS rating (typically 4–6 stars). Certification numbers are listed on each product page.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship from our Melbourne warehouse within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location. Free shipping on orders over $1,000.
