PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE INSTALLING OUR PRODUCTS.

Vanity Installation Process:

Dimensions are NOMINAL. Do not drill or rough in until you have received and measured your vanity. All dimensions are in millimetres. Do not measure from drawing. Walls MUST BE structurally prepared by a qualified and licensed tradesperson for correct installation. Failure to do so may lead to faults and is not covered by warranty.

Each product has been individually inspected prior to dispatch and are free from manufacturing faults and defects. Do not install this product if it is damaged. If this product has been installed damaged, warranty will be void and both the supplier and retailer will NOT be responsible for the costs associated to the repairing or exchanging of this product.

PRODUCT CARE & MAINTENANCE

DO NOT USE CORROSIVE OR ABRASIVE CLEANING AGENTS OR MATERIALS. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY AFFECT THE LONGEVITY OF YOUR PRODUCT OR VOID WARRANTY PERIODS. DIRECT EXPOSURE TO SUNLIGHT MAY CAUSE THIS UNIT TO FADE. THIS UNIT IS WATER RESISTANT ONLY, NOT WATERPROOF.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure upon inspection by an authorised representative where a product is found to be defective in construction, material or assembly. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your goods.

1. Item must be installed by a qualified and licensed tradesperson.

2. Defect is due to a fault in the manufacture of the product.

3. Proof of purchase is provided.

4. The installation of the product is in accordance with the instructions provided.

Please report any issues with your product within 48 hours of receiving your goods, no claims will be considered after this time. No claims for damages or wrong product will be recognised after installation.

• Care must always be taken to dry any excessive moisture or water spillage.

• To maintain the finish on your cabinet use only a soft cloth and weak solution of non abrasive detergent.

• Goods used in construction are water/moisture-resistant, but not water-proof.

• All cabinets should be installed at least 300mm away from showers or bathtubs to avoid water damage.
